Brooklands B&B Room Rates, Terms and Conditions

We are non-smoking in the house. Four (!) very friendly dogs and a cat share our home, and from April until November we have cows and sheep in the fields surrounding the house.

Deposits

For advanced bookings a deposit of £50.00 (or 50% of the full room rates booking price on more than 1 night stay or on major Silverstone weekends where room rates are higher) is required to guarantee a reservation. The FULL balance must be paid on arrival.

If you need to cancel we will refund the deposit less £15.00 providing we are given 14 days notice. We will refund 50% of the deposit if we receive 7 days in notice. The deposit will not be refunded within 7 days of the booking.                 NOTE: Silverstone F1 Grand Prix weekend subject to 90 days notice for 50% refund of booking. If a cancellation occurs within 90 days of arrival the deposit will not be refunded. The balance is due 4wks prior to your arrival.

Please note that we are a small business and rely mostly on forward bookings, so cancellations can have a significant impact on us. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival the deposit will not be refunded. For Silverstone F1 Grand Prix weekend if a cancellation occurs within 28 days of arrival the deposit will not be refunded. We strongly advise that you have travel insurance to cover you if you need to cancel.

How To Pay Your Deposit and Room Rate Balance

We are only able to accept cash, cheque (for deposit only to clear 14days before your arrival), electronic transfer of funds or PayPal for payment of the deposit and the balance. Sorry, but we cannot accept debit or credit cards.

Below is a list of standard prices. Please note that we reserve the right to change these room rates at any time and also to replace them with special packages, particularly when major events are taking place at the Silverstone Race Circuit.

Check In and Departure Times

Check in is generally from 16.00-19.00 and we ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.00 on day of departure. If you require an earlier or late check-in, please let us know in advance, as we occasionally have commitments in the evenings and want to ensure someone is here to welcome you to the B&B.

Conduct & Damages

We reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part to that contract cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of other guests.
All damages will be charged to the named person responsible for the original booking.

Smoking Policy

We are a non-smoking bed and breakfast. Any guests causing us suspicion of smoking in their rooms will be asked to leave and the booking will be cancelled with all charges due plus a room cleaning/loss of revenue charge.
